Your site has a number too.
I measure it on a real phone, then write down what is wrong, in the order it costs you money.
- Speed, measured, not estimated. Core Web Vitals on real devices, with a before and an after.
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA. Focus order, contrast, labels, a screen reader pass. I hold the IAAP CPACC certificate, and I do the technical pass by hand.
- A plan, not a list. Every finding with the fix, the code where it is code, and the order to do them in.
- Ranked by what it costs you. Not by how interesting it is to fix.
- SEO structure and sitemaps, checked rather than assumed, including a second language.
- Romanian shops: ANPC and GDPR. SAL and SOL pictograms, terms, withdrawal rights, checked by a person.
Not included
- The fixes. Those are quoted separately.
- More than five page templates, or a second domain.
- Legal advice, a VPAT, or a redesign.
